She was the only Sri Lankan representative in the Hair & Beauty of America - 2003 and American SPA Expo 2004 in New York, USA. And she is an active member of National Cosmetology Association of USA. She manages her own salons in Nugegoda, Mt. Lavinia and at the Hotel The-Blue-Water, Wadduwa and counts almost 10 years experience in the field of hair & beauty care.
